$4,500, 3br, Looking for a 3 or 4 bedrooms apartment to move in by December 17

Hello all,
I am searching for a three or four bedrooms apartment in Chicago that has these features:-
1-Price: between $3300 and $4500/month including two or three cars parking space and could include all utilities or some.
2-Location: Not more than 5 minutes walking distance to one of these "Red Line L" stations: Sheridan, Addison, Belmont, and Fullerton.
3-Apartment Amenities: Hardwood Floors, washer and dryer in unit "If not: 24-hr laundry facility", Central Heat and Air, Dishwasher.
4-Property Features: 24-hr laundry facility "If there is no washer and dryer in unit", Elevator "If the unit is not in the ground floor or the first three floors"
And the more the better.
Moving-in date: I should be in the apartment by December 17, 2011. So, it will be perfect if I can start my lease and move in by December 1, 2011. Or, any date close to December 17, 2011.
Lease term: One year, or the move out date is during the months of June, July and August of 2012 which most of the apartments' leases end during these three months. Then, I can renew or start with a new lease if I liked the place.
