ATTN: Seeking Female R&B Soul Singer for Song Demo Projects

I am seeking a Female R&B/Urban Soul Demo Singer to sing Lead vocals and Backing/Harmony vocals for my demo songs. This is a work-for-hire job and the selected singer will be paid a flat rate fee per song.
The selected singer MUST have the capabilities to record "quality" vocal tracks in their own home studio or access to a studio for working remotely. Experience using Protools is a plus!
REQUIRED singing styles similar to: Mary J. Blige, or Brandy; Mezzo-soprano/Contralto singing voices ONLY
PREFERRED MUSIC STYLES: R&B, Soul, Pop, Hip-Hop ONLY
