Full Moon Meditation

Enjoy Inner Peace in Silence & the Energy Flow in Dance
The full moon meditation night is a three-cycle meditation, alternating silent sitting and dance meditation. Energy, when contained silently, interchanged with energy expressed in dancing can reveal to us our natural state of inner peace and joy. Ecstasy can peak through the dynamism of actively and totally using our energy, and then suddenly letting go completely, allowing ourselves to sink into deep silence.
