There are a lot of adds here all saying that they are the best carpet cleaner. Some of them actually copy my adds, and change the company name to theres. Some will say we will clean your whole house for $99. Here is what you get for that $99. They say up to 5 rooms, and 15 stairs? That means for most people, just the upstairs of your house. 4 bedrooms, your hallway, and 15 stairs. What about the living room, family room, and dinning room? There not included. So, when you add that on, now your at $160. Then they will try to up sell you when they get there by saying, "do you want deoderizors? It's only $.49 a foot". or " sanitizers for $.39 a foot. Or protector for $.69 a foot. So, when you add it all up, your 2600 sq ft house will be well over $500. That's a far cry from $99. My prices are all up front here on my add. They are the same prices that I tell you when you call, the same prices as what your invoice says, and the same prices as when I leave. The ONLY time it will be different, is if you have us clean more or add on something. Everything is included with my service because it's all in the foam already. It's a one step process. So, don't be fooled by a low eye catching price that will change before they leave. I specailize in getting out tough stains and traffic patterns. I have never seen any other system work as well as mine. I use the dry foam system from Electrolux. Your carpets will be clean and dry in about an hour. Totally safe for kid's and pet's. $35 twin mattress

$45 full and queen mattress

$60 king size mattress

Everything is included. Any and all pre-treating, and pre-spotting and light funiture moving. There is no fuel charge, or anything like that. I am small, and local. I know your area very well.
