Percentage of business for sale

I am in the midst of launching a new area of my business (www.courtneyrharris.com) and am looking to bring on a partner. I would offer a percentage of all sales that are generated in exchange for an initial angel investment to help get things setup properly. Once the new division is "live" the product is a very easy sell and promises to be quite profitable. I anticipate a steady flow of consistent clients once the first one has been secured.
