$12, 1892 National Library Association

This is a one page 1892 certificate of membership in the National Library Association document measuring 9 1/4 X 11 3/8 inches. Document contains an official NLA blue seal in the lower left corner, a red certificate # in the upper right corner and an attractive graphic design featuring a 2 3/4 inch diameter bald eagle picture across the top.

While suitable for framing, the bottom 1/4 inch of the document's bottom contains numerous small tears which might best be eliminated by trimming using a paper-cutting machine (or a very careful scissor-cut). For balance, you could also trim 1/4 inch from the top border and both side borders as well. After these trims, the document would be in Very Good condition with only one remaining one-inch rip at the bottom which would be indiscernible after you frame the document under glass.
